What information is collected

Information you provide voluntarily

  • Contact details you fill in on a contact form or when signing up for the mailing list: a name and an email address.
  • The video you upload for the purpose of carrying out the assessment.
  • Details you choose to write to us in the body of an inquiry.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, general usage data is collected: the type of browser, the type of device, the pages viewed, and the length of the visit. This data is used to improve the site only and does not identify you personally.

Assessment videos: an explicit commitment

This is the most sensitive part, and so we detail it separately:

  • The video is used solely to carry out the assessment you ordered.
  • The video is not published, is not shared with a third party, and is not used for marketing in any form.
  • The video is not used to train the systems of outside parties.
  • Access to the video is limited to the person who actually carries out the analysis and writing.
  • At any stage you can ask for the video and the findings to be deleted. We will carry it out and confirm to you in writing.

Your report

The report is delivered to you alone. We do not pass it to an employer, an educational institution, a family member, or any other party, unless you asked us to do so explicitly and in writing. When the examinee is a minor, the approval is required from the parent or guardian.

What the information is used for

  • Carrying out the assessment and writing the report.
  • Responding to inquiries that reach us.
  • Sending content to the mailing list: only to those who signed up, and only until they ask to remove themselves.
  • Improving the site and its content.

External services

The site is hosted on an external hosting service. Registration, payment, and the management of the mailing list are carried out in the systems of external providers, each of which has its own privacy policy. We choose well-known providers, but we have no control over their policies.

Your rights

  • To ask to know what information is stored about you.
  • To ask to correct incorrect information.
  • To ask to delete the information, including the assessment video.
  • To remove yourself from the mailing list at any time, also through the link at the bottom of every mailing.

Information security

We take reasonable and accepted measures to protect the information. However, no online system is completely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against any unauthorized access.

Minors

The assessment of a minor is carried out only with the approval of a parent or guardian. We do not collect information about minors on our own initiative and without such consent.

Changes to the policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. A substantial change will be brought to the attention of those who signed up for the mailing list.
